For many of us, we spend so much of our time taking care of others. We give so much time and emotional energy to others - partners, children, siblings, parents, friends, colleagues... even our pets - but how much time do you put aside to care for yourself?

Probably not very much...


Who is it for?

This workshop is designed to re-energise you; helping you to take stock of where you’re at in your life at the moment as well as examining what you’d like to stop, start and continue doing.


What is it about?

Focusing on reducing the risk of emotional burnout and investing some time in taking care of YOU. This workshop starts with self-reflection. What point are you at in your life? Where would you like to be? Examining emotional wellbeing and understanding current stresses and challenges in life, this workshop will help to reduce emotional burnout and gives delegates the opportunity to reflect, re-connect and leave the day with a sense of renewed energy.

Why horses? – Horses are particularly well suited to help humans develop. Highly sensitive, prey animals they are tuned in to the moment. Horses respond to what’s happening around them. Their feedback will be instant and honest. (No equine experience is required. Work with the horses will be ground-based)
